Orange County's High-Rise Towers

All Orange County high rise towers finished, we can definitely say Orange County is becoming a more urbanized setting with its living options.

With prices dropping in today's economy the same goes for the high rise comunities. 3000 The Plaza is selling now and at a much discounted price from when they went for sell last August. Astoria Central Park West has a 20% price  cut across the board. Skyline at MacArthur Place is sadly back with the lenders and has no current outlook on selling any of there units anytime soon. Marquee Park Place and The Plaza Irvine on the other hand have resale's finely  priced competitively in today's market.
