Skyline at MacArthur Place is currently back with the Lenders iStar. There is no plan as to what they are going to do with the 250 million dollar project. The project is finished and looks very nice from the outside. 3000 The Plaza and Astoria CPW broke ground about the same time as SkylineinOC and are still selling. 3000 The Plaza has lower prices than ever before and Astoria Central Park West has a 20% price cut across the board. I received an email from the president of Nexus the builders of SkylineinOC which stated:
At this time we are still waiting on pricing to be released. The building is just a few weeks away from its completion and is looking great. We will let you know as soon as decisions are made. Just checking in to let you know we are still working on it. Thank you for your time.
